At Go Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your alcohol-free craft brews. If your order doesn't meet your expectations or arrives damaged, our hassle-free return policy ensures a quick resolution within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your beverages.

  Review and Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours; for damaged goods, please include a photo of the packaging to expedite the process.

  Pack and Ship

  If a return is required, securely pack the unopened product in its original shipping box and use the prepaid label provided by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once your return is received at our brewery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement cans immediately.
